When you send the contact form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and support a project if you become a client.
• To issue invoices and meet our tax and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use these providers to run this website, our email and our messages: Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for delivering form messages, Google Workspace for email, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there or ask us to reply there. These providers may store data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We share only what each one needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years if no project follows. For clients, we keep records for as long as Saudi commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to know how we process your data, get a copy of it, correct it, or have it deleted when we no longer need it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law sets.
